Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience in industrial fasteners.
- Experience selling to manufacturing, construction, and solar sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of fastener specs, materials, and applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored fastener solutions.
- Guide customers through technical decisions and product selections.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for profitable sales.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to post-delivery follow-up.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with operations to forecast demand and ensure supply.
