Job summary

Acloché LLC in Houston seeks an experienced Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Specialist to drive industrial fastener sales to manufacturers, construction, solar, and related sectors. You will grow local opportunities from our Houston Distribution Center while expanding across the U.S.

through consultative selling and technical guidance. Drive strategic account development, nurture client relationships, and lead end-to-end sales with price negotiations and post-delivery support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive B2B sales of industrial fasteners or similar components.
• Strong knowledge of fastener types, materials, specs and applications.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate and close complex deals.
• Experience selling to manufacturing, construction or solar sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic accounts and expand local Houston/TX markets.
• Act as primary technical and sales contact for customers.
• Conduct needs assessments and provide tailored fastener solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts achieving profitable sales.
• Manage end-to-end order cycle and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
