Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate large, cross-functional programs across engineering, product, and business teams. You will bring technical judgment to earn engineers’ trust and create clarity and momentum for complex initiatives.

You will shape how Ramp’s engineering organization scales and drive programs with executive visibility. You will leverage AI tools to improve software development and program execution, connecting platform and product engineering, surfacing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Ability to execute directly while improving broader team workflows
• Track record of building trust across teams
• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, analytics, or other technical field
• Strong systems thinking connecting architecture, product, compliance, and timelines
• Experience leading cross-functional programs toward ambitious goals with urgency and ownership

Responsibilities

• Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response
• Connect platform and product engineering teams, surface dependencies and drive execution
• Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective
• Partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify overlaps and dependencies
• Help engineers and teams communicate priorities across the organization
• Strengthen incident response by improving processes and retrospectives
• Define how TPMs work at Ramp by creating standards and playbooks
