Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for the Sales Enablement team focused on the Public Sector business unit. You will own end-to-end enablement, from onboarding new hires to ongoing development, bridging PS with the broader Sales Enablement org.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders, instructional design, and multi-format delivery across platforms. You will build PS onboarding, maintain knowledge bases, and drive readiness using learning paths and metrics, while coordinating

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Enablement or GTM Enablement.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end programs.
Collaboration with Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with instructional design and learning modalities (live, on-demand, async).

Responsibilities

Design and launch onboarding for Public Sector roles across Deployment Strategist and Solution Engineering tracks.
Define onboarding success criteria by role and communicate to hires and managers.
Stand up and maintain the Public Sector GTM knowledge base with collateral and templates.
Collaborate with PS GTM leadership and Instructional Designer to deliver engaging onboarding and everboarding content.
