Baseten powers mission-critical AI inference for the world’s dynamic AI companies. The Forward Deployed Engineering team builds the operating system that lets engineers focus on hard problems, while you manage top customer programs with visibility to leadership.

You will own cross-team programs, maintain program rhythm, and drive readiness for large-scale customer launches, with direct exposure to customers and executives.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as a TPM (or engineer turned TPM) on infrastructure, cloud or customer-facing technical programs.
• Technical depth: comfortable with ML infra systems, Kubernetes, GPUs and distributed systems; experience with LLM inference is a strong plus.
• Experience running programs across many teams with no formal authority.
• Calm in escalations; brings structure and closes the loop.
• Strong written communication for engineers and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Run the priority account cadence and maintain operating rhythm for top accounts.
• Coordinate cross-team programs involving multiple groups (SA, Sales, Product, Engineering, capacity).
• Reduce toil and protect platform time by identifying and removing major obstacles.
• Own metrics: account health, response times, toil, load per engineer, team health.
• Lead hiring enablement, certification, and ramp plans; support recruiting on operations.
