Job summary

Endor Labs in Palo Alto is seeking an experienced Enablement Lead for presales Solutions Architects and post-sales Customer Solutions Engineers. You will own onboarding, ramp, certification, and the content that keeps the team field-ready and aligned on the platform.

This dedicated role drives goldend demos, lab environments, and measurement of ramp time, launch coverage, and technical-win conversion, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure accurate demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical enablement, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product marketing.
• Strong technical foundation in application security, software supply chain security, or developer tooling.
• Fluency with the technical sales motion: discovery, demos, PoVs/PoCs, value/ROI.
• Builder's instinct for instructional design and reusable content.
• Track record turning complex product capability into clear enablement and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ramp for presales SAs and post-sales CSEs to certified field-readiness.
• Lead tiered launch enablement with cross-functional SME group to ensure GA releases reach the field.
• Partner with Product to manage change readiness and early visibility of breaking changes.
• Curate canonical, value-led demos per product and keep them current.
• Own the demo tenant and labs with realistic data and isolated lab instances for new hires.
• Define competency standards and gate customer-facing moments on readiness.
• Report ramp time, launch coverage, certification, and PoV win conversion against baseline.
