Job summary

This role makes one person responsible for how ready the technical field is, covering pre-sales Solutions Architects and post-sales Customer Solutions Engineers. The work includes building a guided ramp path for new hires, running launch training for each release, keeping a canonical demo and lab environment current, and certifying who is ready to face customers. A strong candidate has 5 or more years in enablement, sales engineering or solutions architecture, solid application security or developer tooling knowledge, and the program skills to coordinate Product, Marketing, Engineering and the field.

AI tools can help draft training content, summarize call recordings and keep documentation fresh, which makes it easier to update material as releases land. Someone in this role would learn how coding agents, hooks, skills and MCP connect to security controls, since the field needs to demo and explain exactly that.
