Job summary

HaloMD is seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Partner to manage and scale its technical training across the organization. You will blend strategy, content development, and hands-on delivery to raise proficiency across systems, tools, and environments.

This role bridges IT, engineering and business, owning onboarding, upskilling, documentation, and learning programs. The ideal candidate has a strong software/IT background, experience managing training programs, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Technical Communication, Education, or related field.
• 5+ years in technical training, IT support, enablement, or similar.
• Foundational experience in software development, data analysis, or technical systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage a technical training strategy aligned with IT, engineering, and business priorities.
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices for technical training and enablement.
• Serve as the main L&D contact for IT ensuring alignment between capabilities and skill development.
• Develop a technical skills roadmap supporting onboarding, upskilling, and role-based proficiency.
• Oversee content development and ensure documentation aligns with system updates.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to create scalable digital learning experiences.
• Manage Confluence-based documentation, governance, and content lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the LMS Administrator and PMO to align priorities, deliverables and timelines.
• Monitor training participation, effectiveness, adoption, and performance impact.
• Support onboarding pathways and learning journeys.
• Travel occasionally to Dallas, TX if needed.
