Job summary

Integra in Houston seeks a Learning & Development Partner - Technical Training to translate learning strategy into impactful programs. You will lead design and delivery of technical training, partnering with SMEs across IT, Operations, and Engineering to capture and translate knowledge into practical learning solutions.

The role oversees content development, onboarding curricula, and LMS administration, ensuring quality and consistency across technical training initiatives and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in technical training or instructional design.
• Experience partnering with SMEs and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging learning solutions.
• Experience supporting technical or system-based training in a corporate/operational environment.
• Experience in operations-heavy environments such as manufacturing or construction.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into learner-friendly content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of technical training programs focused on systems, tools, and processes.
• Collaborate with SMEs across IT, Operations, and Engineering to document workflows and translate knowledge into learning solutions.
• Develop onboarding curricula for technical roles ensuring consistency and quality.
• Create and govern technical training materials, simulations, e-learning modules, and instructor-led content.
• Manage LMS administration including enrollments, assessments, and reporting.
• Coordinate instructor-led trainings, hands-on labs, and virtual sessions with internal trainers and SMEs.
• Monitor learner progress and certification attainment to drive improvements.
• Provide guidance on access issues, content function, and training technologies.
