Job summary

Recast Software in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Technical Enablement Manager to lead and scale our Customer Enablement Program using ConfigMgr/SCCM and Intune, enabling thousands of users to maximize value from our product suite.

You will design curriculum, host webinars, collaborate with CS, Support and Product, and continuously improve content based on data and feedback. This role offers remote-friendly work with strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience using ConfigMgr (SCCM) and Intune.
• Proven ability to craft training content for a technical audience.
• Strong communications, instructional, and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering trainings across multiple platforms and media.
• Able to own projects from concept to delivery with cross-functional priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and scale Recast's Customer Enablement Program.
• Build library of curriculum and fill gaps in offerings.
• Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts to share best practices.
• Deploy enablement platform (NorthPass/Gainsight) for trainings at scale.
• Host live webinars and update knowledge bases.
• Develop deep product understanding and customer environments.
• Prioritize recurring issues with CS, Support, and Product teams.
• Translate customer needs into scalable enablement strategies.
