Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Technical Training & Enablement Manager to build and lead its customer and partner training program. The role works across Product, Customer Success, and Sales to develop scalable technical enablement for network engineers, platform architects, and cloud operators while ensuring training evolves alongside the platform.

The position involves building a full training library, delivering live sessions and labs, owning the demo experience, and working

Qualifications

Build and deliver technical training for infrastructure software, networking, cloud platforms, or AI compute.
Understand networks built and operated at scale; hands-on lab environments.
Create training collaterals from scratch for customer specifics.
Know product management lifecycles and fast-moving roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the full training library with curricula and labs.
Deliver live training sessions, onboarding and workshops, partner certifications.
Own the demo experience: configure and run live product demos.
Partner with Product to translate capabilities into updated training.
Run post-training surveys and improve the program from data.
Surfacing recurring questions and feature requests to Product and Engineering.
