Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to deliver engaging technology training to professionals and support teams in a fast-paced, professional services environment. This role blends training, instructional design, and hands‑on application support to drive adoption of enterprise tools.

You will translate complex technology into clear learning experiences, collaborate with IT leadership and stakeholders, and develop materials including guides, quick references, and e-learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5+ years delivering technology training in a professional or corporate setting.
• Experience teaching adults at varying levels of technical proficiency is essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify complex tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology training through classroom sessions, coaching, e-learning, and other formats tailored to audiences.
• Develop courseware and learning resources: outlines, exercises, guides, quick references, and intranet content.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, technology teams, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and strategies for adoption.
• Provide end‑user support and advanced troubleshooting across enterprise technologies.
• Evaluate new software, and develop training documentation and resources for end users and support teams.
