You will handle formatting, grammar, and structure, provide feedback, and stay current on technical writing practices to improve document effectiveness for the intended audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years editing experience in a business setting.
• Experience editing complex technical, scientific, engineering, or regulatory documents.
• Ability to edit for clarity, voice, and audience across multiple authors.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and edit technical, business, and marketing material following guidelines.
• Proofread for spelling, grammar, and formatting; ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Recommend revisions to document structure and presentation to enhance impact.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and project managers to finalize content.
• Maintain standards and update documents as needed; stay current on technical writing trends.
