Job summary

The ideal candidate has a relevant bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of editorial experience, strong English grammar, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. Remote or hybrid work within ET hours is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or English; 2+ years editing experience in a business setting.
• Experience editing technical, engineering, environmental, or regulatory documents.
• Ability to edit for clarity, grammar, and consistency across multiple authors.

Responsibilities

• Organize, edit, and format technical, business, and marketing materials per guidelines.
• Identify missing material and ensure content is appropriate for the audience.
• Proofread for spelling, grammar, clarity, and formatting consistency.
• Recommend revisions to improve structure, content, and presentation.
