BairesDev is seeking a Technical Director to be the technical voice in client engagements, shaping solutions that meet goals. You will partner with Sales and Delivery to design proposals, define scope, and support new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working in the SDLC building software with teams.
• 3+ years in solutioning, presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Experience leading teams of software developers or engineers.
• Knowledge of Cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects alongside Sales to understand their needs.
• Act as the technical expert in client conversations and events.
• Design technical solutions and recommend team composition.
• Work with Presales on proposals, estimates, and decks.
• Advise on software delivery best practices.
