Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a service delivery operations team within IT Infrastructure and Operations, ensuring projects run on schedule and meet SLA commitments.

You will act as the primary liaison to clients and the global Modis team, drive reporting, manage escalations, and support onboarding and mentoring of onsite staff across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in client programs and partner collaboration.
• Experience in onshore/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical service delivery operations team and schedule.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients and leadership.
• Escalate and resolve delivery issues with clients and teams.
• Ensure SLA achievement and project budgets.
• Maintain client and internal reporting for project status.
