Job summary

Zones IT Solutions in the United States is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee global client partnerships and daily managed services implementations. You will lead enterprise projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate client requirements into formal solutions and agreements.

You will drive account strategy, manage risk, and report on project performance while ensuring delivery meets SLAs and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 10+ years in service delivery, PM or consulting.
• Exceptional communication with executives/C-level stakeholders.
• PMBOK knowledge, risk and change management expertise.
• Proven ability to handle large Managed Services engagements.
• PMP certification and ITIL awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and managed services engagements.
• Build and maintain client relationships at all levels, including C-level.
• Meet revenue, profit and growth objectives while improving satisfaction.
• Translate requirements into formal agreements and SOWs.
• Manage project lifecycle, risks, scope, time, cost and procurement.
• Prepare management reports and facilitate client meetings.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and vendors.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
