Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a federal client within the Infrastructure Services Contract. The role blends remote work with on-site support, guiding 140+ technical resources across more than twenty data center stacks in a major program.

You will supervise program phases, manage cost and schedule, mentor teams, and interface with customers to ensure performance and strategic alignment. U.S. Citizenship and ITIL v4 are required.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 10+ years of relevant experience is required
• The candidate must have 8+ years of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) experience, with a focus on managing and delivering cloud based leveraged services via fixed unit prices (managed services).
• U.S. Citizenship and a background investigation are required; you must have a current clean financial background.
• ITIL v4 certification
• Though the position is 8-5 M-F, the role requires flexibility to support issues or planned activities after hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
• FedRAMP and/or FISMA experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key business customers and deliver software solutions.
• Provide input to the Product Owner on strategy and backlog priorities.
• Oversee and coordinate large engineering teams and projects across data center stacks.
• Coordinate proposals, budgets and contract terms; lead program reviews with customers.
• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
