Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline; 5–10 years in facility management or related proven experience.
• Proven experience leading facilities service delivery and performance management, including SLAs/KPIs, risk, and service outcomes across complex environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and critical infrastructure; able to translate complex concepts for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated program/project management experience from planning to implementation.
• Competent in financial analysis, budget management and modelling, asset planning and feasibility studies.

Responsibilities

• Govern an FM contract to ensure maintenance, lifecycle management strategy & engineering plan for technical assets.
• Partner with worldwide team and local leaders to deploy Cisco policies ensuring safe and functional workplaces.
• Establish business relationships to align services with evolving business needs.
• Deliver FM Hard services via outsourced providers with contractual execution against metrics and SLAs.
• Develop multi-year asset investment plans (Opex & Capex) and prioritize projects.
• Drive continuous improvements in service levels, costs, energy, safety, and reporting.
