Job summary

Accenture's Google Business Group (AGBG) Mid-Market is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for Google Cloud engagements.

You'll lead end-to-end delivery with an engineering team, ensure client outcomes, and collaborate across onshore and offshore teams to deliver rapid value in mid-market accounts. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years independently owning client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• Minimum 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform, with deep expertise in customer engagement, contact center, and conversational AI solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms (Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect), conversational AI design, and CX architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, technology, quality, and outcome.
• Design how it gets delivered: plan, structure the team, cadence, and sequence the work; partner with engineers on architecture.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement — guide clients and teams on offerings, implementation, and existing environments.
• Be the client's trusted delivery partner: lead status reviews, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Get solutions into clients' hands fast: stand up delivery, mobilize the team, and drive execution from day one.
• Lead across borders: coordinate onshore and offshore delivery leadership to maintain pace.
• Drive quality and outcomes: establish governance and track progress against commitments.
