The role emphasizes hands-on coding and leadership, working with architects and business users to ensure alignment with IT standards and business processes. Strong communication and SDLC expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in database technologies.
• Knowledge of RPG, Java, SQL, Angular, APIs design and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on business requirements and functional specs; support project lifecycle.
• Review development or modification of highly complex, enterprise software solutions.
• 50/50 role: design/mentorship and hands-on delivery of code.
• Develop and validate highly complex software designs adhering to standards.
• Lead technical direction for the development and deployment of enterprise solutions.
