Job summary

100X Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing distributor serving HVAC and building automation markets. You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, and help ensure orders are processed accurately.

You will enter and track orders in an ERP system, research products from catalogs and specs, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams. No HVAC experience is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Interest in learning technical product information and understanding how systems work.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple customers, orders, and software systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
