Job summary

100X Recruiting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing distributor serving HVAC and building automation markets. You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, and help ensure orders are processed accurately.

You will enter and track orders in an ERP system, research products from catalogs and specs, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams. No HVAC experience is required; training is provided.

A well-established, growing distributor serving the HVAC, building automation, and industrial markets is hiring a Customer Service Representative.

You'll help customers by phone, email, and in person, enter and track orders in an ERP system, research products using catalogs and specifications, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed accurately.

No HVAC experience is required! We're looking for someone curious, technically inclined, and eager to learn products, solve problems, and help customers find the right solutions.

Hands-on training, a stable team, and opportunities for long-term growth into inside sales are part of the role.

Backgrounds in counter sales, inside sales, parts, supply houses, home improvement, or wholesale/distribution (think Ferguson, Grainger, Fastenal, or Home Depot) translate well.

Must-Haves:

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside or counter sales, wholesale/distribution, retail, parts, or supply
• Interest in learning technical product information and understanding how systems work
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple customers, orders, and software systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Interview & Assessment Process
