Job summary

mSupply is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - HVAC to provide pre- and post-sale technical support, as well as training for customers and employees. You will collaborate with sales and support teams and deliver product and staff training as needed.

The role requires at least 2 years in HVAC, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a focus on professional customer service. This is a remote position with nationwide responsibilities and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of HVAC-related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
