Colonial Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will assist customers at the counter, process quotes and orders, and support sales operations while keeping an organized branch area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, email, and web customers.
• Process quotes, sales orders, returns, and warranty paperwork accurately.
• Prepare and stage customer pickup orders.
• Communicate order status, arrivals, and backorders to customers.
• Promote HVAC products and assist customers with product selection.
• Support warehouse operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Prepare UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in after-hours rotation as needed.
