Job summary

Evolution Motion Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling quotes, orders, pricing, and inquiries. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, while navigating a technical/industrial product environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial distribution or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience in a technical/industrial setting.
• Experience with distribution/manufacturing software for sales orders, inventory, POs, quotes, AR; Prophet 21 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Order processes from quote to payment and maintain customer account records.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat or in person about pricing, delivery, orders, invoices and technical questions, with timely follow-up.
