Job summary

Tech Mirrors in Schaumburg, IL seeks a BDM (Hunter) to lead new-logo hunting and pre-sales in Manufacturing, Mobility and Healthcare. This hybrid role blends technical discovery with strategic selling to win multiyear programs.

You will guide discovery, shape solutions, and partner with global teams to craft RFPs, PoCs, and pilots, driving growth from initial contact to signed contracts. This onsite contract-to-hire role demands strong executive engagement and technical fluency.

Qualifications

• Two or more technical capabilities in digital engineering, embedded systems, cloud, or data analytics.
• Experience mapping technology needs to business outcomes.
• Proven ability to translate pain points into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• New logo hunting and pre-sales leadership with 50–60% focus.
• Drive pipeline across Manufacturing, Mobility, Healthcare.
• Lead technical discovery, PoCs, and pilots.
• Position end-to-end capabilities (CAD/CAE, embedded, data, cloud, IoT).
• Collaborate with AWS, Microsoft, and delivery teams to craft SoWs.
