• Get in front of hiring managers and buyers through outbound outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Understand client needs and partner with internal recruiters to deliver on them.
• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through placement and account growth.
• Build a pipeline and territory in your market, whether at a client site, in the office, or on the road.
