Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, developing strong customer relationships while delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions that drive energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

You will collaborate with diverse industries to create value, meet annual revenue targets, and lead technical service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist; or 8+ years in water treatment.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management and revenue growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and membrane applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports interpreting results and recommending improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and develop new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
