Job summary

Veolia | Water Tech is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division in the United States. You will work with customers across industries to deliver advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions, serving as a trusted technical advisor to improve energy and water sustainability while driving profitability and asset protection.

You’ll develop deep customer relationships, manage service plans, and lead value-generation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 8+ years of field experience in water treatment
• Chemical water & process treatment experience required
• 4+ years in technical sales with account management success
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (travel may be required)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications
• Deliver technical service reports and recommend improvement initiatives
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation
• Lead sustainability initiatives to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection
• Meet revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations
• Develop a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities
• Adhere to safety policies and EHS procedures
