Job summary
Amazon is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support in the United States. You will be the principal technical advisor and the voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500, guiding adoption of a broad set of AWS services and architectures.
You will work with engineers and service teams to drive proactive strategies, ensure operational health, and manage risk. Travel of 10% or more may be required as part of customer engagements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience troubleshooting operational parameters across distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree required.
