Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a principal technical advisor for enterprise customers across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. You will work with engineers to resolve issues, craft proactive adoption strategies, and represent AWS in executive discussions.

You will travel up to 10% or more, guide customers to best practices, and ensure operational health of AWS environments, balancing technical depth with customer impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor to customers and voice of the customer to AWS teams.
• Collaborate with AWS engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive service improvements.
• Drive adoption of AWS services and best practices with enterprise customers.
