Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a Technical Account Manager/Partner (Data) Engineer to join our Partner Engineering team. In this client-facing role, you will own data integrations, onboarding, and ongoing support for our largest enterprise clients, translating complex data challenges into actionable guidance.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong SQL and Python experience with data platforms.
• Experience with AWS data services and big data tooling.
• Experience with large-scale data integrations and ETL pipelines.
• Familiarity with data governance and documentation in Confluence/Jira.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on platform capabilities and data governance standards.
• Proactively manage client communication, expectations, and roadmaps.
• Document solutions and processes clearly in Confluence or internal wikis.
