Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division in the United States. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while delivering innovative chemical water and process treatment solutions that enhance energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

You will lead technical service, testing, and reporting, while driving revenue growth, managing service plans, and conducting value-generation reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or engineering field or 8+ years in water treatment
• Chemical water & process treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and customer relationships
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports to interpret results and recommend improvements
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation plans
• Communicate Veolia's value through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection
• Meet revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, profitable business opportunities
• Work safely and comply with EHS policies
