Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking a trusted technical advisor to build deep relationships with industrial and commercial clients, engineering innovative chemical water solutions that protect high-value assets and improve energy and water sustainability.

In this role you will design and manage chemical treatment programs, conduct onsite testing, deliver service reports, and lead account management to demonstrate ROI while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering preferred; or 8+ years water treatment experience with HS diploma.
• 4+ years sales or account management in technical sales with consultative approach.
• Ability to monitor water treatment equipment and instrumentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage chemical treatment programs for Cooling, Boiler, Wastewater, and MemChem applications.
• Conduct onsite testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to improve customer operations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Programs to demonstrate ROI and sustainability metrics.
• Manage a healthy sales funnel, secure recurring profitable business, and handle commercial negotiations.
• Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies.
