Job summary

Veolia in Omaha seeks an Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to develop advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions while building deep customer relationships and driving sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, meet revenue targets, and manage service plans, reporting, and business reviews across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering or equivalent (8+ years in field).
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management and revenue growth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
• Work safely following all EHS policies and procedures.
