Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related degree with two years related experience and/or training; minimum three years acceptable performance as Inside Sales Representative; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in sales and customer service required; strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good customer relations and ensure customers receive prompt, world-class service.
• Contact customers to follow up, promote products and review missed sales opportunities; provide quote responses and emphasize product features based on customer needs.
• Research products and maintain understanding of their technical use; provide technical information to customers and support complex service offerings.
• Obtain competitive information and intelligence at responsible accounts.
• Maintain customer profiles and Salesforce data; coordinate with other departments to achieve sales targets.
• Assist in writing contracts and help with input; support collections as needed.
