Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Order data entry duties for the Account Managers and ensure contract review is completed.
• Provide quote entry
• Enter and update customer orders
• Assist with customer communication and resolution of customer issues
• Participate in coverage for team members who are out of the office
• Assist team with special projects
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by management
