Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships with the sales team.
• Assist with customer inquiries, data research, proposal development, and sales quotes via phone and email; enter repair and sales order data into the company database.
• Organize and file customer work orders, sales orders and invoices; enter airway bills and quotes into database and/or track customer shipments.
• Research and update part pricing database through vendor quotes.
• Other duties that may be assigned.
