HEICO Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to maintain existing business and identify growth opportunities across product lines. The role emphasizes building strong customer relations, promoting products, and coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include following up with customers, providing quotes, and expanding PMA development applications while maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Two years related experience and/or training; three years acceptable performance as Inside Sales Representative.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documents and respond to inquiries from customers or regulatory bodies.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain good customer relations and ensure prompt, world-class service.
• Contact customers to follow up, promote products and provide quotes based on customer needs.
• Research products and maintain understanding of their technical use; provide technical information to customers.
• Obtain competitive information and intelligence at responsible accounts.
• Maintain customer profiles and Salesforce data.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve sales targets.
