Ambient.ai is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help large enterprises deploy and operationalize a configurable AI platform in security environments. This role sits between post-sales engineering and customer success, requiring customer leadership, technical curiosity, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing roles (TAM, Solutions Eng, CS, field engineering) for complex enterprise tech.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs or implementations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to learn sophisticated, configurable technology and map it to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes from post-sale implementation through renewal and expansion.
• Lead customers through deployment, onboarding, testing, training, and rollout.
• Define goals and success criteria with security, IT, ops, and leadership.
• Develop proficiency in Ambient.ai platform and apply it in real environments.
• Break ambiguous problems into clear steps and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Build trusted relationships with users and executives.
• Capture feedback to influence product, process, and GTM improvements.
• Identify opportunities to deepen impact and expand the partnership.
• Travel up to 30%.
