IMCD Deutschland GmbH & Co KG is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Coatings & Construction in the East Region. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering technical guidance, supporting product implementation, and driving satisfaction, retention, and growth across core accounts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales, technical support, or related areas, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hybrid work with up to 50% travel is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business, Chemistry, or related technical degree.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, technical support, or inside sales with client-facing experience.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Be main contact for existing core accounts in a designated territory and identify growth targets.
• Conduct planned visits and engage regularly with key customers.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and guide product implementation.
• Identify upsell opportunities and align technology with business goals.
• Support sales by highlighting features and driving adoption.
• Relay customer feedback to development teams to improve products.
• Educate clients through training sessions on effective product usage.
• Grow earnings per designated sales goals.
