Job summary

Echo is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them adopt Echo’s cloud security platform.

You will work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges, guide onboarding, and drive ongoing adoption and expansion across accounts. You will own customer journeys, align product feedback with engineering priorities, and advocate for customers to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as TAM, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex environments and communicate outcomes clearly.
• Experience with enterprise B2B customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through ongoing adoption.
• Guide customers through implementation, integration, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Engineering and Product to drive resolution.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to increase customer value.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and key decision-makers.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights.
