Job summary

Echo360 is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex customer-facing initiatives across the Echosystem. You will serve as the primary project leader for onboarding, product adoption, technical implementations, platform migrations, upgrades, training engagements, customer offboarding, and other strategic customer initiatives within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This role emphasizes project leadership over hands-on work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex customer-facing technical projects within SaaS, enterprise software, or EdTech.
• Proven ability to present project plans and delivery progress to executives and senior leadership.
• Experience leading deployments, onboarding, integrations, migrations, and platform transitions.
• Certification in PMP/PMI or Scrum Master is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules with responsibilities and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, and manage execution.
• Drive multiple concurrent projects while balancing quality and timelines.
• Provide executive visibility with reports and dashboards.
