Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to generate revenue from new and existing customers in Memphis. You will network, call, and present solutions to drive business growth and wallet share across accounts.

You will promote products, deliver exceptional service, and collaborate with teams to develop account strategies, while meeting activity and revenue targets and maintaining pricing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Proactive telephone selling skills and strong customer service ability.

Responsibilities

• Promote Kele’s products and services and communicate value propositions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Sell complex, technical products or solutions.
• Collaborate to develop account strategies using Salesforce data.
• Listen to and manage customer issues, investigate problems, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs and opportunities.
