Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of related work experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use company software.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes Kele Companies' products and services utilizing ASLAN sales principles and communicates Kele Companies' value propositions to customers.
• Maintains customer and account information in Salesforce database.
• Sets up new customer accounts as per requests from the Accounting Department.
• Completes outbound calls to customers for payment information.
• Escalates complex cases to Senior Customer Service Team.
• Rotates with front desk duties and supports Salesforce team cases.
