Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience with bank or credit union core systems.
• Experience with bank or credit union system conversions.
• Experience working with IT and Operations teams in the financial industry.
• High degree of written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Highly member service oriented.
• Highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, IT, and project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives; translate business needs into actionable plans.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements with a focus on deposits and operations; implement solutions.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of technical transformation projects; ensure on-time delivery within budget and specs.
• Act as liaison between technical and operations teams to update procedures based on technology changes.
