SECU seeks a Technical Transformation Specialist to drive adoption of new technologies and streamline processes across business, IT, and operations, with a focus on deposit accounts and core systems. You will bridge non-technical and technical teams, plan and monitor transformation projects, and improve member experience and service delivery through efficient system conversions and process enhancements.

Qualifications

5+ years of financial services experience.
Experience with bank or credit union core systems.
Experience with bank or credit union system conversions.
Experience working with IT and Operations teams in the financial industry.
High degree of written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to speak English fluently.

Highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders, IT, and project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives; translate business needs into actionable plans.
Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements with a focus on deposits and operations; implement solutions.
Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of technical transformation projects; ensure on-time delivery within budget and specs.
Act as liaison between technical and operations teams to update procedures based on technology changes.
