Job summary

SECU Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end organizational projects within Transformation and Optimization.

You’ll work with Executive Sponsors and Business Line Leaders to deliver programs on time and on budget, while complying with BSA, OFAC, and related regulations. You’ll organize Charters, plans, risk management, and reporting, lead cross-divisional teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience.
• PMP or other industry certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in financial services/banking with project management experience.
• Experience leading deposit and/or loan product projects preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to implementation, fostering cross-divisional teamwork.
• Create Project Charters and detailed project plans, RACI models, testing plans with all tasks, dependencies and timelines.
• Coordinate budget, governance, Discovery, Planning & Requirements, Testing, Implementation, and Closeout activity.
• Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders to collect project requirements.
• Track deliverables and milestones, updating tracking systems and reporting to senior leaders.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage contingencies.
