TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo extensive hands-on training with an onboarding coach, then transition to a Recruiter role responsible for attracting top IT talent and managing the full recruiting cycle. You will build relationships, coach candidates on market trends, and leverage AI tools to source and place candidates for various client needs.

The role offers a base salary with weekly commissions and performance bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR military experience or related qualifications as listed in the job post.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage end-to-end recruiting cycle.
• Build relationships with consultants and provide career coaching.

• Advise managers on skill availability, labor rates and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation to attract candidates for client needs.
