TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will undergo extensive hands-on training before taking on a recruiter role. You will build and manage relationships with IT consultants, provide career guidance, and use AI-assisted sourcing to identify top talent for client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience or an associate degree with at least 3 years in a professional, customer-facing role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build relationships with consultants, provide career coaching and market insights.
